Masala green Tea
Green tea a refreshing tea with many
health benefits, especially it helps to lose weight but it doesn’t test so well.
To get the full benefits of green tea it should be taken without sugar.
With use of a few masala herbs one can
get a better test and benefits too. However in stores there are variety of tea
bags available like Masala tea, green tea with herbs, ginger tea, lemon tea,
tulsi tea etc.
But rare good combination of good quality
green tea and herbs, here I am sharing very easy green tea masala recipe with
benefits of herbs, that two herbs will give your green tea a better test and
aroma.
Ingredients:
For Green tea Masala
2-3 Cinnamon sticks
10-12 green cardamom
For Masala Green tea
Water: 1 cup
Sugar (Optional)
Green tea bag or green tea ½ tsp.
Green tea masala: a pinch
Method:
For Green tea Masala
1 Peel the Cardamom and cut cinnamon
sticks in pieces .
2 in a mixer grinder jar take the
cardamom and cinnamon sticks and make a fine powder.
3 Tea masala is ready you can store
this tea masala in an airtight container.
For Masala Green tea
4 In a pan boil 1 cup water, add
Sugar, turn off the flame
5 Now add a pinch of green Tea masala
and Green tea bag or green tea, cover the lid for about 2 minutes. (If using
green tea strain with help of a strainer)
6 Remove the tea bag and serve hot.

Tea masala powder is ready, you can store this tea masala in an airtight container for months.
Let’s make masala green tea, in a pan boil 1 cup water, add Sugar, turn off the flame, i have not added sugar. Now add Tea masala and Green tea bag, cover the lid for about 2 minutes.
Masala green tea serve hot.
