The coconut macaroons recipe I am sharing here is an eggless recipe, contains only four ingredients. Super easy, deliciously tasty macaroons made with coconut powder, condensed milk, milk, and all-purpose flour. The sweet, chewy, moist, macaroons piped with melted chocolate.

Cooking Time: 10 minutes
Yield: 20 Macaroons

Coconut powder: 1 ½ cup
Sweetened Condensed milk: ½ cup
Milk: 2 tbsp.
All-purpose flour: 2 tbsp.
Method
Preheat the oven at 350-degree Fahrenheit.
Grease two baking sheets or line with parchment paper.
In a mixing bowl take 1 ½ cup coconut powder.
Add ½ cup Sweetened Condensed milk.
Mix well to Combine the sweetened condensed milk and coconut powder.
Add 2 tbsp. milk and mix well.
Add 2 tbsp. All-purpose flour.
Fold All-purpose flour into the coconut mixture.
Grease your palm with some oil or butter.
Divide the mixture into 20 equal portions
To shape the macaroons form round balls and gently press with your fingers.
Bake the macaroons at 350-degree Fahrenheit for 10 minutes.
Transfer the macaroons to a cooling rack, and let the macaroons cool completely.
Melt 2 tbsp. of chocolate in double boiler.
Make the zigzag pattern on macaroons with melted chocolate.
(It's an optional step)
