Besan Ke laddu one of the most loved Indian sweet, Besan Ke laddus are being prepared for festivals. the best thing I think about besan laddu is that is super easy to make and amazingly tasty. 
Besan Ke laddu prepared with just three main ingredient Gram flour, Ghee and Shakkar Bura (powdered sugar), for some additional flavor and taste Cardamom powder and chopped nuts can be added.
        The perfect sweet for any occasion, besan ka laddu are made roasting gram flour with a generous amount of ghee, the aroma of that process is enough to feel the festivity in Indian households. There is no particular occasion to relish this delicacy, Any festival, Pooja, or special occasions this quick laddu can fix your dessert platter.
       The Besan laddu recipe I am sharing here is the traditional recipe with least ingredients. Besan laddu has a long shelf life so these laddus can be stored in airtight container for months.   




Besan Ke laddu



Preparation Time: 5 minutes
Cooking Time: 50 minutes

Ingredients

Besan (Gram flour): 2 cups hipped
Sugar powder or bura: 1 cup hipped
Ghee: 1/2 cup + 3 tbsp.
Cardamom:4-5 (powdered)
Almonds: 4-5 (chopped)
Pistachios: 4-5 (chopped)
Cashews: 4-5 (chopped)



Method

In a pan or kadai add gram flour and ghee mix well.
Turn the heat on and start to roast the besan on medium heat, stirs continuously.
Roast the besan till golden brown.
Turn off the heat and let it cool down for a while.
Add Sugar powder, cardamom powder, and chopped dry fruits.
mix well and set aside for 2-3 minutes.
Now to make laddoos, take two tbsp. of besan mixture in your palm and form a smooth round ball.
make all the laddoos, this way. 
Decorate laddoo with cashew nuts (optional).
Besan laddoos are ready, store laddoos in an airtight container.
