                                                                                                       The word ''chutney'' is derived from Hindi word chatni meaning to lick. chutney is a sauce in the cuisines of the Indian subcontinent.
A sweet or savory but strongly spiced condiment which usually consists of a mix of chopped fruits, vinegar, spices and sugar cooked into a chunky spread.
One more amazing chutney from the summer season, that I have enjoyed since my childhood. This one is also good for health purposes, it contains raw mango and onion both provide resistant power against summer heatwaves. 
   My mother especially uses to prepare that chutney at lunchtime, so if we are going out on those hot days, it protects us from heatwaves.
    So here sharing the super easy and amazingly tasty chutney made with raw mango and onion. this chutney can be served with chapati, paratha or poori or as a side condiment for breakfast, lunch or dinner.

Ingredients:

Raw mango: One medium-sized
Onion: 1 medium-sized
Sugar: 2 tbsp. or as per taste
Salt: 1/2 tsp. or as per taste
Red chili powder: 1/4 tsp.or as per taste
Cumin seeds: 1/2 tsp.
black salt: 1/4 tsp.



Method:

1 Grate onion and raw mango with the help of a vegetable grater.
2 Now add sugar, salt, red chili powder, cumin seeds, black salt and mix well.
3 Kairi pyaz chutney is ready to serve, this amazing chutney can be served with chapati, paratha or poori or as a side condiment for breakfast, lunch or dinner.
