Ingredients :
Coriander leaves: 2 cups
Mint leaves (Chopped): 1 cup
Green chili: 2 - 3
Cumin seeds: 1 tsp.
Salt: 1/2 tsp.
Sugar: 1/4 tsp.
Lime juice: 1 tbsp.
Method
1 Wash the coriander leaves, mint leaves, and green chilies and roughly chop them.
2 In a grinder jar or a blender jar take coriander leaves, mint leaves, green chilies, cumin seeds, salt, sugar and lime juice, add some water if required.
3 Grind to a coarse paste, don't make a fine paste. (Coarsely ground always gives better test and aroma.)
4 Remove it to a serving bowl or store refrigerated.
